Pricing
Rentals are for a minimum of 7 days, and prices vary seasonally.
• January: $800/week.
• February, March and the first half of April: $925/week.
• The last half of April: $800/week.
• From May until January (except holiday weeks*): $675/week.
*Holiday Weeks:
• Memorial Day, Fouth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas: $800/week.
• Save an extra 10% on stays of 28 days or more. • Special pricing may be available for exceptionally long stays.
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to make a reservation and payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Save an additional 5% by making payment in full when you confirm your reservation!(at least 60 days prior to arrival)
A refundable $300 security deposit is also required.
Check-in and check-out are on Sundays, unless otherwise specified.
The above prices do not include these additional charges:
• Cleaning fee: $95 per stay
• 12% Florida State Tax (7% Sales Tax + 5% Rental Tax)
